As one of the featured events of the 2021 Lunar New Year Celebration, the movie screening of the documentary: A Bite of China: Celebrating Chinese New Year was organized on 24th February 2021. After the screening, CEAS held a discussion with the audience based on the documentary. Topics discussed included China's soft power, the relationship between food, identity and public diplomacy.
