Cooking show for sustainable and veggie Asian cuisine

In cooperation with the Environmental Committee (EC) and the Student Initiative on Asia (SIA), CEAS delivered an online cooking show for sustainable and veggie Asian cuisine on 12th December. Two skillful chiefs from CEAS have presented tasty East Asian food: fired potatoes and carrots (shredded) 炒胡萝卜土豆丝 and pan fried tofu 두부 튀김, they also provided some useful tips on the details of cooking process. We hope the cooking show have provided the audience with a great chance to get some insights to Chinese and Korean vegetarian cuisine.
